Thai Red Curry

This is vegetarian version. It can be also with fish and shrimps..

ingredients:
thai curry paste
oil
ginger
coconut milk
Tofu
fried tofu
bakchoi (chinese leaf vegetable)
bamboo shoot
paprika
green onion
zucchini
cauliflower
mashrooms
(any vegetable you like)

Rice

topping:
coriander
bean sprout
crashed peanut (we can skip this)
