French cheesebaquette pie

This is nice as a sidedish, for example with the BBQ

Preheat the oven to 170 º C.
Melt the butter and break the baguette into pieces.
Mix the bread with the milk, sugar, egg, salt and melted butter until smooth.
Crumble the blue cheese and mix with the walnuts into the bread mass.
Put the baking sheet into the cake pan.
Push the baking paper well in the edges and fold the mass in it.
Bake about 45 minutes until golden brown.

• 50 g butter
• 1 old baguette
• 100 g sugar cane
• 500 ml milk
• 1 egg
• pinch of salt
• 175 / 200 g blue cheese
• 150g walnuts

Tools needed:
• 1 cake pan of 20 cm diameter or a cake tin will do as well, bit longer then
• baking paper
• butter for greasing
