Lovely side dish, estimated for 15 people
• 5 cans of lentils
• 2.5 half goats cheese with rind
• 5 green peppers
• 5 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar
• 5 teaspoons ground cumin
• 15 tablespoons olive oil
Heat the contents of the can lentils in a saucepan. Beware, it should not cook. Cut the green pepper into pieces. Add the balsamic vinegar, olive oil and cumin and season to taste with salt and pepper as you toss the salad. Crumble the goats cheese through the salad and stir through.
