Rainy days never say good bye

Barbro Scholz, 2014

We like the rainy days, and we like to get the weather right in the face.

This pair of shoes is a materialized thought, a tribute to the rainy day. It is a state of the art from the experimental series of combining e-textiles with water, as an example of how we can interact with the given environmental situation.

Started with “wassermarsch”, a raincoat that directs the water through a transformed surface, we want to add joy by making shoes that that light up while standing in the water.
