For the summer camp, the idea is to make two kind of Tajine with the same base but
one vegetarian and the other with chicken.
(for 4 persons)
- 4 potaotes
- 2 oignons
- 2 clove of garlic
- 2 tomatoes
- 2 turnip
- 200g of prune
- 200g of almond
- 200g of date
- 2 spoon of olive oil
- 15 cl of vegetable bouillon
- a bunch of fresh coriander
- 1 spoon of cumin or ras el hanout
(4 chicken legs)
Peel, seed and cut the tomatoes into small pieces.
In a large pot, fry the onions in the oil. Add potatoes and peeled tomatoes, chopped fresh coriander, cumin or ras el hanout, minced garlic, prune, almond, date and vegetable bouillon. Put salt and pepper.
Cover and cook about 25 minutes.
You can eat it with semolina. For the version with chicken do the same but just grilled a little bit the chicken before start all the cook.
