Ceviche from Peru

— 200 gr/person of cod ( cabillaud )

— 4 green limon/person

— 1 red onion/person

— Coriander

— Salt and pepper.

—  1 Sweet potato/person

This fish is uncooked and it add to be very cold. Boil the potatoes, they can be hot. Cut the fishes in small squares,  squeeze lemons and add their juice. Add the coriander very thin, cut the onions in slice with pepper and salt. Mix only one time and leave everything in the fridge for 15minutes. Serve it with potatoes and ice. :))))
