Chilli Prawn Linguine (feeds 4 people)

• 500g linguine, fresh or dried
• Olive oil
• 6 anchovy fillets (or 1 tin)
• 4 garlic cloves, sliced
• 12 whole prawns, peeled but shells reserved (or one packet)
• 1 tbsp tomato purée
• 1 finely sliced fresh red chilli
• 2 tins of chopped tomatoes/ 2 boxes or pasata
• 1 packet/ bunch of fresh basil
• 2 lemons
