Spicy potatos

As side dish, enough for 8

1200g potatos
4 Spoons olive oil8 garlic clove
4 sping onions
2 red chilis
2-3 teaspoons cummin
salt
coriander/cilantro or parsil
2 spoons lemon juice

Peel the potatos and chop in dices. Heat the olive oil, add potatos when hot and move them. Stew on medium heat (ca 15 minutes) until they are nearly soft. Meanwhile, chop the garlic, the onions, the chilis and add them and the cummin to the potatos. Stew more until the potatos are soft. Chop coriander/cilantro or parsil and blend, add lemonjuice and maybe some salt.
