Vincent’s Noodles

Ingredients:
small fine rice noodles
oyster sauce
soya sauce
sugar
coriander
pine-nuts
1 lemon

Preparation:
Put the noodles inside water for 4 hours.
Then put the noodles in a frying pan and add some oyster sauce, soya sauce and some sugar.
When the test is good, finish it off with coriander, pine-nuts and fresh pressed lemon juice.
