Bio : Based in Munich, I am media artist and educator, whose work explores the intersection of visual arts, technology and socio-cultural connotations. My key interests include wearable technology, media archaeology and glitch art. I have collaborated with a range of international institutions, communities and universities such as Victoria & Albert Museum, Chelsea College of Arts, transmediale, The New Institute Rotterdam, Bayerisches Nationmuseum Munich, LMU Munich, Lothringer13, PLATFORM, and others.
I’ve been lecturing at the Department for Art Education, Ludwigs-Maximilian-Universität München since 2011. Recenlty I’ve developed a DIY Glow-Bot kit for beginners together with KOSMOS publishing house. I regularly produce and deliver workshops on soft circuitry and creative technology, both for adults and kids.
I also have a passion for illustration and have expanded the London-initiated project the “100 Word Pilgrimage” by producing a show and an alternative Munich city tour, which involved 26 local artists and 6 artists from London.
