2 stick of celery
parsley
Coriander fresch
2 clove of garlic
3 oignon
salt, pepper
4 tbsp of Ras-el-hanout
4 tbsp of nutmeg powder
4 tbsp cinnamon powder
4 soup spoon of concentred tomato
600 g of butter salt
140 g of harissa
25 chicken legs
