A strong blue french cheese tart with pears…… (strong cheese can be changed for a less strong one if you don’t feel it 😉 )

Thing needed : Hoven, 2 tart plates, baking paper.
INGREDIENTS NEEDED FOR 8 (two tarts)
- 6 pears
- 500g fourme d’ambert (the famous strong blue french cheese)
- 2 puff pastry roll (“pate feuilletee”)
- 8 big spoons of walnuts (can be removed if someone is allergic)
- 2 tea spoons of Espelette pepper
