A strong blue french cheese tart with pears…… (strong cheese can be changed for a less strong one if you don’t feel it 😉 )

Easy and quick to make recipe !

Preparation : 20min max // Cooking : 20 min

Thing needed : Hoven, 2 tart plates, baking paper.

INGREDIENTS NEEDED FOR 8 (two tarts)

  • 6 pears
  • 500g fourme d’ambert (the famous strong blue french cheese)
  • 2 puff pastry roll (“pate feuilletee”)
  • 8 big spoons of  walnuts (can be removed if someone is allergic)
  • 2 tea spoons of Espelette pepper
  • Salad
