Garlic Cucumber


serves 5

2 cucumber (tough skin removed)
3 cloves garlic (crushed and minced)
1/2 teaspoons salt
1/2 teaspoons sesame oil

Smash/beat the cucumber with wine bottle
cut them into 1-3cm pieces
massage the cucumber with salt and garlic, put it a side in the fridge for 30min
add sesame oil and sesame
